Planning Approval Secured for Wood Green Timber Yard Haringey

Standerwick Land Design is pleased to have supported the approved redevelopment of the Wood Green Timber Yard site in Haringey, delivering a comprehensive Landscape Strategy for this residential-led scheme.

The project transforms a former commercial timber yard into a greener, more permeable urban environment, improving the public realm along Wood Green High Road while creating high-quality residential amenity spaces within the site.

The scheme includes a carefully considered tree strategy, new planting throughout the site, and integrated green infrastructure that supports urban biodiversity while contributing to resident wellbeing.
