Planning Approval Secured - Ashburton Terrace, ‘Shared Living’ Scheme Plaistow

Ashburton Terrace is Newham’s first detailed approval for a co-living development, delivering 175 shared living homes in the heart of Plaistow for Landhold Developments Ltd.

The scheme provides a range of resident amenities including café, gym, cinema and business lounge spaces, alongside landscape roof terraces, ground floor landscaping and public realm street improvements.

Designed as a highly sustainable development, the building targets BREEAM Excellent and delivers 111 % Biodiversity Net Gain, with a facade design that responds to local materiality, rhythm and proportion.

Standerwick Land Design are delighted to continue working alongside Stockwool and the wider design team as the project moves into the next stage of delivery.
