SLD have been monitoring progress on the prestigious Lodha site opposite the British Design Museum in Kensington.  We were appointed over 2 years ago by Ardmore who are the main contractor to discharge planning  conditions and deliver RIBA Stage 3+ to 6.  The project includes luxury accommodation, cinema, indoor pool and gym set within a high quality landscape incorporating green walls, sculptures, fountains and a fully automated irrigation system.
