The Ranch a Greenbelt LVIA Ware

We have recently submiited a full LVIA and landscape mitigation proposals to East Herfordshire District Council to support the demolition of existing dwellings and outbuildings plus the erection of 3 sensitively designed detached homes at The Ranch just outside of Ware.  The site is located withing the Greenbelt, in an area of High Landscape Value and adjacent to a Grade 2 listed Pump House.  SLD worked closely with the Council's Conservation and Landscape Officer to agree verified views for wirelines to assess the visual impact.
