Gye Nyame Hotel and Condo's leisure gardens is an exciting new concept and way of living in Accra, providing 5 star facilities for visitors and permanent residents. This project will be the first truly high rise development in Accra.  Work includes roof gardens, swimming pools, fountains and underground car park. SLD carried out works from feasibility to 3+ for tender. We produced the Employers’ Requirements for the external works and hope to monitor the scheme on site for the client.  Part of our works was to write a specification to develop a large plant nursery out of the city to establish plant stock for the future developments taking place,
