SLD are working on advanced Section 278 works for Laindon Town Centre Regeneration, we are continuing to work on site with Sanctuary Housing and Beech Grove Homes and transform the High Road into a vibrant mixed-use destination.

The scheme delivers new retail spaces, a new Lidl store under construction, extensive public realm, a relocated war memorial, and biodiverse green infrastructure connecting a new play space and a historic rose garden.

Working with Saunders Boston Architects and HTS Engineers, SLD are leading landscape design across 278 drawings, ensuring there is high quality landscape and meaningful public spaces
