SUGARHOUSE LANE STRATFORD

The scheme is set within the Three Mills conservation area and will regenerate this part of the canal linking the Olympic Park to Three Mills Lock. A unique feature of the scheme is the retention of the sugar mill chimney stacks which are linked via a series of walks leading to a new riverside park. Each of the riverside areas has a different style and function, meaning each space was designed in a bespoke manner with varying challenges and client requirements. The project is expected to be phased over the next five years and is a continuation of the Olympic legacy to regenerate this part of the East End.
