KIDBROOKE STATION SQUARE

This mixed-use 620 unit scheme is on a constrained site and forms part of Kidbrooke village hub. The proposed scheme brings together high-density living and high-quality new public spaces. Brown and green roofs provide a solution to reducing surface water run-off and create an opportunity for crucial ecological enhancements.

SLD have coordinated Bio-diverse Net Gain and Urban Greening throughout the planning and during the build.  The scheme is a case study for the GLA's initiative for Safety in Public Spaces for Women, girls and gender diverse people. SLD, TFL and NHG are carrying out workshops with female students at the local Thomas Tallis Secondary School to ensure inclusive safer design.
