BLACKHORSE POINT
Blackhorse Point is a mixed-use development located in close proximity to Blackhorse Road Station and the Walthamstow Reservoirs. From the early planning stages of the project, the public realm space was coordinated with the neighbouring 3 developments resulting in a seamless wider landscape design. The landscape at podium level consists of interconnected communal gardens with undulating landscape forms enabling mature trees to be planted. Sculptural features & educational play items are located within the public realm, podium spaces and 3 roof terraces to comply with LBWF planning policy. The roof terraces located on various blocks were designed with the end users in mind and all use high-quality materials and soft landscaping to benefit the residents.
