Appointed onto Ashburton Terrace Plaistow

SLD have been commissioned on their first Co-Living scheme located on a Brownfield site along Ashburton Terrace in Plaistow.  The scheme involves significant public realm improvements and functional roof terraces for residents.  Indoor and outdoor amenity will be carefully linked.  The scheme will achieve a Bo-diverse net gain, have an excellent Urban greening Factor and include sustainable drainage to assist with Healthy Streets.
