CALEDONIAN ROAD ISLINGTON

This development provides 156 affordable sustainable homes set within a public accessible nature conservation area SINC, the first to be approved in Greater London. SLD led the scheme with a strong green footprint concept maximising Urban Greening and demonstrating a Net Bio-diverse Gain.  The scheme achieved planning after we produced a detailed LVIA.  The project on site delivered over 2500 new woodland trees and a range of habitats, the local primary school took part in planting some of the urban woodlands.
